DT1161 Introduction to Quality Management
The aim of the module is to give an effective and functional overview of Quality Management.
It will:
• introduce you to the role that Quality Management plays in the workplace
• make you aware of the how to implement a range of quality strategies and tools
• inform you about the impact that quality has on the organisation as a whole.
Application Deadline: 25th August
This module introduces you to Quality and Quality Management within organisations. The module outlines concepts of Quality and explains the tools for implementing effective Quality strategy.
