BS1155 Problem Solving Tools & Techniques

Problem Solving Tools and Techniques is designed to give you an understanding of the tools and techniques used by organisations to implement Six Sigma projects. Six Sigma project leaders need to analyse problems to decide which ones to target as Six Sigma projects.
The aim of this module is to give you a broad overview of the tools and techniques that are used in Six Sigma projects.

The aim of this module is to give you a broad overview of the tools and techniques that are used in Six Sigma projects. In addition, it should help you develop a number of Professional Transferable Skills, such as critical thinking and problem solving.

The module is divided into four parts:

1. Principles of Six Sigma
2. Six Sigma DMAIC methodology
3. Design for Six Sigma
4. Six Sigma implementation
